Meet Our Pastors
Lead Pastors

Elhadj Diallo

Elhadj Diallo is the General Overseer and Visionary of CrossPointe. He is married to the lovely Nadia (Nukuri) Diallo. God has blessed them with three children: Raphaella, Amadou and Aisha.

Elhadj has been called and appointed by the will of God to be a preacher and teacher of the Gospel of the Kingdom and the Word of God. He has been chosen and anointed to serve as God’s visionary and faith-partner in the earth with the vision of the Lord. Elhadj has the mantle and grace of “Fatherhood” upon him as he humbly serves in the office of an overseer, and serves the body of Christ as an end-time messenger of the Lord.

He is a shepherd, mentor and spiritual father to other pastors and ministers both here in Canada and abroad. He has been an example to many in everything he does. Elhadj is presently the Lead pastor with his wife Nadia of Crosspointe a great multicultural Church in Calgary. He seats as well as the International Director of GMR Bible institute (Canada, Europe and Africa).

With his dedication and passion for the cause of Christ, he is adamant to see people fulfill their God given potential. Elhadj also oversees churches in Calgary, Montreal, Toronto and Nicaragua as part of his Apostolic Office.

The greatest thing that can be said about him is that he is a humble servant whose desire is to raise a family of true sons and daughters who will do great things for Christ.

He is a gift from God to the body of Christ, and has the signs of fatherhood following him. Pastor Elhadj will not only hold his sons and daughters in the Lord accountable, but he will also assist them in the licensing of ministers, ordaining of elders, planting of ministries and churches, and any other of the ecumenical duties or responsibilities of the New Testament Church or Community.

He understands that “we can do more together than we can alone.”

“THE CHURCH WE SEE”

The Church we see is a church that values God’s word in their lives. We see a church impacted through wisdom, understanding, and the revelation of the Word of God.

The Church we see is a church where congregational worship is an experience, expressed with passion, freedom, and great expectancy.

The Church we see is attractive, confident, victorious and overcoming; a church whose powerful proclamation and awesome worship is broadcast to the nations by every modern means possible.

The Church we see is one that values the importance of meaningful relationships throughout the week through small group ministries and specialized ministries to the changing needs of children, young people, and adults.

The Church we see is exciting and full of life. It is a church that is both numerically large and spiritually deep, whose altars are constantly filled with repentant sinners responding to Christ’s call to salvation.

The Church we see is consisting of people from every race, tongue, tribe and nation; where racism and every form of ungodly discrimination is forever banished. It’s a church where people are free to be themselves knowing that their ultimate identity comes from their personal relationship with God, through His Son, Jesus Christ; a community that understands how important everyone is.

The Church we see is relevant and practical in its outreach to society; a church that is answering the questions that people are asking. It’s a place where needs are met, where broken hearts are mended and hurts are healed. It’s a place where the waters are always stirred, where the Balm of Gilead flows without ceasing.

The Church we see is a supernatural church – moving in all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It’s a church where miracles, signs, wonders and healings are a common everyday occurrence; a church where revival, renewal and reformation are permanent on the agenda.

The Church we see is an empowering centre, where ordinary people are challenged, equipped, enabled and released to live extraordinary lives. It’s a church where everyone is encouraged to discover their purpose in life, develop their gifts, talents and abilities and fulfill their ministry.

The Church we see is a caring and deeply devoted family where love is not merely a cliché, but a tangible, palpable, visible reality. It’s a church where families are strong and family values are held in high esteem.

This is the Church we see. We can see it in our hearts, but we will follow God and obey His voice until everyone can see
